Schedule your free consult.
If you've been managing a problem for a long time, or you've run out of things to try, this is where to start. Bring your questions. In about fifteen minutes you'll know whether this is the right place for you, and so will we. If it isn't, we'll suggest where to go instead.
We succeed when you don't need us anymore.
Two ways to start. Call us at (770) 783-1663 during phone hours, or send the form and we'll call you within one business day to find a time. In person is best; the consult can also be online.
Referred by a current patient? Say so on the form or on the call, and we'll book your first visit straight away.
